For direct entry to undergraduate degree programmes, applicants are required to have one of the following qualifications:

Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) - 3 double units with a minimum grade of III
For entry onto a postgraduate course, applicants are required to have:

Bachelor degree (when accredited by the University Council of Jamaica or awarded by the Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica) 2.0/4
If English is not your first language, you may need to provide evidence of your English language ability as part of your application.
The most commonly known assessments for this that we accept are;
- IELTS (Academic/UKVI)
- Cambridge English
- Pearson (Academic)
- TOFEL (iBT)
