Eligibility:  

• Available to incoming students declaring majors in the following IT disciplines in the College of Informatics: Business Informatics, Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Health Informatics or Media Informatics.

Amount: Maximum of $3000 total towards tuition, books, and/or housing based on need.

Award winners will be matched with a faculty mentor in their discipline starting their freshmen year.

Renewal Requirements: 

• Remain in one of the COI IT disciplines (you may change majors within the majors above and remain eligible).
• Earn 24 or more credit hours per academic year (AP, IB, dual enrollment, and transfer credits do not count).
• Maintain a cumulative NKU GPA of 3.0 or higher and a 3.0 GPA or higher in your major.

Eligibility:  

• Available to incoming freshmen students declaring majors in the following STEM disciplines: Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Data Science, Electronics Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, Geology, Mathematics, Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Physics, or Statistics.
• Students must participate in STEM Scholars program to be eligible for the CINSAM Scholarship.

• Be a transfer student.
• Complete the NKU admissions application process by the appropriate deadline, which involves:

 - declaring a STEM major,

 - submitting the NKU application fee, and

 - submitting high school and college (if applicable) transcripts.

• Participate in a scholarship information session for final consideration (if invited to do so).
• Participate in the TRUE ACCCESS Fellowship program for two consecutive semesters (fall-spring or spring-fall).
• Note: Students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this scholarship. DACA recipients are not eligible for this scholarship.

Amount: Up to $2,000 total towards tuition, books, and/or housing based on need

Eligibility:

• Must be enrolled in a School of Computing and Analytics program.

Amount: Varies each semester.

Duration: Academic semester (fall, spring, and summer).

Requirements:

• Applicants must complete their admissions application by February 15^th, 2017, Submit the $40 application fee, high school transcript(s), and ACT or SAT scores to be considered.
• Select students will participate in an on campus scholarship interview during the spring semester for final consideration.
• Greaves Scholarship recipients are encouraged to participate in the STEM Scholars Program. 

Amount: Full in-state tuition and/or books (Scholarship recipients can only utilize one full NKU tuition scholarship/waiver)

• Must be accepted for admission as a degree-seeking student at Â鶹´«Ã½. 
• Incoming students must have a high school GPA of at least 3.75 and a composite ACT score (or equivalent) of at least 29. 
• Continuing students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75 and a recommendation from a professor in the sciences. 
• Must be pursuing a declared major in Computer Science or Data Science with a second major or minor in the life sciences. 
• Applicants must declare their intent to pursue a Ph.D. in a field of study in computational biomedical sciences.

Amount: Up to $10,000 per year, plus $10,000 in research stipend funds to work with a professor.

Duration: Up to four academic years provided eligibility requirements continue to be met.

Eligibility: 

• Must be accepted for admission as a degree-seeking student at Â鶹´«Ã½. 
• Incoming students must have a minimum 23 ACT score. 
• Continuing students must maintain a 2.75 cumulative GPA. 
• Declared major in Computer Information Technology and/or preference given to a member in good standing on the Cyber Defense Team. 
• Students must enroll in a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester (FT).

Amount:  Distribution will be $10,000 as one scholarship, two $5,000 scholarships, or a $5,000 and two $2,500 scholarships.

Duration:  One academic year

Eligibility:

• Must be accepted for admission as a degree-seeking student at Â鶹´«Ã½.
